1.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 working days for delivery via Express Mail.
Currently, we can not offer overnight shipping.

2.How can I check the status of my order?

You can login into your account and check the status of your order in the order history.

3.How much postage will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we only charge $9.99 for shipping.
The tracking number and link would be sent by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel status online with the tracking information we sent to you.

4.What should I do if I never received the shipment?

After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as the flannel pouch provided with your silver or a silver storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber will cause tarnishing and corrosion.

2.How do I care for my diamond?

Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of platinum and gold. 5.How can I handle wood products?

Products featuring both wood and sterling silver should be cleaned with a standard polishing cloth. If using a silver polisher, please do not apply it in areas that that have wood or stones. The wood elements are natural and do not have any coating. By repeating to leave it in a dry or humid area, there is a chance that the wood will crack. Please use a pure beeswax polishing compound to maintain the wood.
